Inheritor of Longquan Celadon Firing Technique (Intangible Cultural Heritage)
Zhang Hao is a renowned Longquan celadon artist and a leading representative of the new generation of ceramic craftsmen in China. Born in 1987 in Longquan, Zhejiang, he has earned multiple professional titles including Zhejiang Provincial Master of Arts and Crafts, Senior Arts & Crafts Artist, and National First-Class Technician. As a certified inheritor of the Longquan Celadon Firing Technique, Zhang Hao is dedicated to both preserving ancient craftsmanship and innovating contemporary celadon aesthetics.
He serves in multiple professional roles, including Director of the Longquan Celadon Industry Association, Deputy Director of the Celadon Committee of Lishui Arts & Crafts Association, and Member of the Standing Council of Lishui Arts & Crafts Association. He is also a member of the 10th CPPCC Committee of Longquan and Vice President of the Longquan New-Generation Entrepreneurs Association.
Zhang Hao actively participates in public welfare through charity auctions and donations. He also took part in the “Unextinguished Kiln Fire” Dragon Kiln Firing Heritage Event (2018) as a representative inheritor of Longquan’s traditional craftsmanship.
